Compass Church
A young church plant making everything on the fly, before it had one identity to make it with. A full brand and web build made every touchpoint feel like one church, and event sign-ups jumped almost 40%.

The situation
Compass Church was a plant: young, growing fast, and making what it needed the week it needed it. A logo here, an event graphic there, a site put up in a hurry. Every piece was made with care. Moving that fast, though, they never added up to one church. For a first-time guest deciding whether this place was for them, that patchwork quietly raised the cost of saying yes.
What we built
A real identity and the website to carry it, then the harder part: a system to keep it consistent as the church kept growing. Brand foundations built to last, a graphic language flexible enough for a sermon series and a Christmas invitation, and a site built around the person walking in the front door for the first time, not the people already in the room.
Creative systems over one-off creative. The goal was never a prettier flyer. It was that everything Compass made would feel unmistakably like Compass, from the first Sunday on.

What happened
Event sign-ups rose almost 40 percent. Direct traffic climbed double digits after the new site went up, and repeat giving among engaged households firmed up several points, the quiet sign that recognition was turning first-time guests into people who stayed. A young church stopped looking like five different churches and started looking like one, and the team could make new work without starting the brand over every time. Belonging starts with recognition, and recognition is something you can design for.
People can't join what they can't recognize.
